The Opening Concert of a season “Music in Heswall” a series of four concerts to promote the Arts in the Community.

Friday 29th October. Buckley Church, North Wales.
Nine members of the Orchestra will perform a mix of traditional classical pieces together with arrangements especially commissioned for our group.

Prescot Festival
Friday Night is Light Music Night with Edward, the orchestra and soloist Kathryn Rudge, mezzo-soprano. A concert of easy listening music mixing classics with music from films and shows.

Williamson Art Gallery
Summer Serenade the chamber group with soloist Douglas Badger, cello played music by Hummel and Dvorak

A Wedding in a marquee
A trio entertained the wedding guests with works especially arranged for two clarinets and basset horn

Celebration of 400 years of Prescot Church
Nine members led by Edward took the audience on a musical journey over the 400 years

Floral Pavilion, New Brighton
Plaza Concert, a wind quintet with concert pianist, Stephanie Howard, delighted a large audience with works by Mozart and Ludwig Thuille.

Illustrated Talk and demonstration of reed making for oboes and other double reed instruments
