Orchestra dell’Arte in Southport!


On the first Monday of the month players from the orchestra and their guests perform short lunchtime concerts at The Atkinson on Lord Street commencing at 1.00pm. So why not take a 45-minute break for some easy listening over a cup of tea or coffee?

Fayre Play

FayrePlay treat you to a light-hearted romp through several hundred years of European folk and dance music, played on a variety of period instruments.
The performance is interspersed with information about the instruments and a few anecdotes thrown in for good measure. A rare chance for those of you who don’t know a cornamuse from a crumhorn, to experience the sound of music from a bygone age.
